We have identified the unauthorized commercial use of our font, Rockabye – Modern Serif Typeface, by RUH BRAND, a product line under the United Arab Emirates-based company GMG. This use was observed across multiple food product packaging under the “RUH” branding.
RUHBRAND products—such as Tandoori Masala, Garam Masala Powder, and Biryani Mix—feature the word “RUH” in a style that clearly matches Rockabye. Upon inspection, it appears the demo version of the font was used, which is strictly prohibited for commercial distribution.
After a thorough review of our licensing records, we found no purchase or license under the name GMG, RUH BRAND, or any affiliated party on both Silverdav.com
We have made multiple attempts to contact RUH BRAND through various channels but have yet to receive any response.
